Viaan came to talk to her, but the moment she turned and he sees her, he says pareshaan lag rahi hai? Then he simply waits for her to gather herself, gives her that time to open up herself without pressurizing her and ofcourse it works. I love how he only suggests that he is there if she needs ( as in when she is ready) and not insist on fixing things for her.

Exactly....this Viaan we are now seeing is an evolved version who is now extra cautious about encroaching into Katha's space in anyway after the maha blunders he has already committed in the past😆. He wants to help her, do anything to support her but he is also extra cautious about wanting to make sure that his efforts don't feel like an IMPOSITION to her in anyway....that is why he is always checking with her, clarifying ki no pressure, I'm here if you need help - not pushing you in anyway etc. etc. That back and forth we get to see in his body language with that PALPABLE need he has to take care of her but also trying to hold himself back incase she feels he is imposing himself on her....that is what's lovely to watch in their scenes aajkal.

The kind of person Katha is , this is the only way she will share her feelings and her pareshaani. We have seen Ehsaans attempts at that and getting told off everytime

LOL yes, Ehsan toh was just trying to do his usual smarmy tricks on Katha, that is why he got told off. Viaan ke case mein ek toh him and Katha have history that no one else will understand - and baaki is Viaan ka patience in coaxing her to share gradually rather than imposing. He is able to COAX Katha to share while Ehsan PESTERS her.

The way they showed him connecting the dots as to who Neerjaji is was done so nicely . I was so sure that he is going to offer her a ride but this show always manages to stay away from cliche.

LOL yes, even I thought he will offer her a ride home but the show continues to do its own thing for now and I'll happily take that.....ride nahin mili but Viaan ke face ki sadness and disappointment apni hi kahaani keh gayi even without words.

I did like that surprise gift from Katha, again its not about how expensive a gift is but how valuable it is. To show that Neerjaji is indeed a part of her family now. She did the same when Aarav went to Adis house for the first time he gave a hand made Ganesha and not to forget the invaluable Robin picture:)

Oh that was a LOVELY moment when Katha gifted that family picture to Neerja....again, we are shown this without long winded scenes of Katha planning a surprise blah blah....bas morning mein dikhaa diya woh scene of her and Neerja where she can sense Neerja ki pain and loneliness toh shaam ko she brought a gift to make Neerja feel like she does have family here in this home :)....We are shown Katha's inherent goodness without needing long winded bhaashans about it.

Precap mein Neerja apne shipper mission pe lag gayi hain as expected😆.....Viaan ki toh bahut leg pulling karne waali hai ab yeh😆. I saw a random BTS on YT jahaan it looks like Viaan-Neerja ki bhi solid bonding ho rahi hai in this old age home - he brought a shawl and flowers for her I think😆. Toh lagta hai Aarav ko woh Karate class mein pataata rahega and Neerja ko old age home mein....Katha ke ghar na jaake bhi Katha ki saari family ko apni side pe kar lega😆. Neerja toh will be a more useful ally cuz she actually knows his identity, unlike bechara clueless Aarav😆

The production values actually seem better than I expected....pehle poster se itna lagaa nahin tha hoga😆....chalo good for them. And please bechaaron ko MV mein toh happy ending de dena, man😆

Hainan had such low expectations but so far so good and the song actually spund nice unlike kisi aur ka khudka direct Kia video..tune main bhi itna sweet calm vibe hain and upper se intimacy and cuteness factor is A++🧿🧿 no wonder they cam do this in half a day and get going haha

I loved the aesthetics of this shot too....the big moon in the backdrop and bonfire in the forefront....so pretty.

@bold: Oh yes, THAT moment....goosebumps the ekdum with Viaan ka reaction especially. Adnan nailed those expressions....you can literally read Viaan ka state of mind on his face when Katha says this to him....ki what was YOUR majboori that you did this? And you can see he's frozen for a second since he doesn't know the answer himself, and then the disgust and self-loathing hits him all over again like a ton of bricks and he is just trying to shrink into himself....the way his body is curling inwards, you can feel how he just wants to disappear, erase himself because he is feeling that disgusted with himself

And yes word on everything else you said about the build up of Viaan ka reaction....the way his face turned white, the way the disgust with himself hit him in waves....the way he ran down the stairs and then paused again as his mind kept thinking back to all the moments he was horrible to Katha in pushing her at work also for deadlines needlessly.

Oh and word to what you said about Katha ke sarcastic smiles when Viaan was initially talking to her during the exit IV.....she was giving him cold and mocking smiles when he was going on about his regrets and guilt but the moment he switched gears to saying ki now I'm only thinking about you and your perspective, that's when there was a shift in Katha's eyes.....she got moved and overwhelmed when he talked about her courage in fighting all odds. That's when you realize that no matter how much she mocks his 5 panne ke bhaashans, somewhere in his bhaashans, he DOES get her whether or not she wants to admit it😆. There is a deep sincerity in his admiration for her courage and the way he talks about how he KNOWS she will beat all the odds in life - THAT'S what moves her more than anything else he says.

@bold: Word...it's so naturally shown how Viaan ends up telling Katha about his childhood traumas....bas flow mein bol jaata hai without even realizing it....like he feels instinctively comfortable in opening up to her like he hasn't with anyone else. Even when he tries to cover up some stuff, ultimately Katha starts sensing it more without him even saying anything.....ek dusre ko padhne lage hain dono without realizing it.

Viaan is so moved by simple gestures....that is what that card showed....he connects with a child's pure emotion because he was once a lonely child trying to express his emotions through such gestures too.
