TBH the question Manjiri asked has a very simple answer....Even if you've separated in life if you've ever truly loved someone you'll react if you see them struggling for life. It is basic love and humanity. It is not a question someone asks without the intention to hurt someone very badly, which is why MM is pissing so many off!

I hope Akshu gives that very simple answer and walks away. Abhir has nothing to do with Akshu helping Abhi today.

I do think she will walk away but doubt she will say a word though. She is in shock at her reaction and still worried sick for Abhi. Poor girl, if you noticed yesterdays precap, she was still fumbling his name quietly at the hospital, even though she was standing far back.
