In the March 8th episode, we see Abhimanyu incessantly calling Akshara, not getting the hit and also making her uncomfortable. Then, we see him get into an accident trying to reach her (Goenka villa) and smiling throughout, seeing that she came running to his aid, calling him "Abhi" and caressing his face in tears. I understand why he's smiling, the relief he must feel knowing that her heart still beats for him but the similarities with the first confession are uncanny and make me uncomfortable. She's married now and he's committed to another so to see him so proud that she came and beam with pride that he evoked some real emotion from her feels inappropriate. I know they're both carried away by their emotions so neither is at fault, IMO. More so, in the first confession he did something similar; he implied he'd harm himself should she not arrive and confess; that's blackmail. I know it wasn't intentional this time but still. I fear that similar things will happen here where everyone will realize they're still in love with each other, see the other pining and not be able to handle it so they'll get back together but in doing that, they won't address the issues that lead to their incompatibility.

Manjari, you would've been hysterical should Akshara have picked up his phone. You'd say something along the lines of "you're stinging my son on, playing with his emotions, stealing your sister's [Arohi's] fiancee, characterless, etc." You're never going to be happy, are you?

This track is purely for Abhira fans.. for audience like me who are neutral and for those who are watching the show to look into logical reasons, this track seams to be a mockery of marriage, commitment and divorce. What manjari asked Ak in the precap is valid, that’s the doubt and objection raised in everyone’s mind who doesn’t know about Abhir yet.. even if Abhir’s truth is known, seeing Ak being a married woman running towards him is awkward to watch,. the makers are portraying Abhira as totally wrong. This type of harkathe is fine in their pre wedding stage, but not when the kids are involved.

But why not ask why her son is calling her like the world's on fire? Does he bare no responsibility or is he an impressionable child that he'll fall into Akshu's "trap"?

I agree, seeing a married women rush to her ex-husband and ask him to open his eyes rather than scream for help, as one would for a stranger or a family member is awkward to watch

@bold : I think she will ask him when he comes into conscious. As always Ak stood there in front of her to be targeted. But everyone witnessed their love and concern.. I hope Ak opens atleast now what exactly is going in her mind is unclear to everyone even to us😂

It won't be awkward if you're watching the show for leads and their story..but if you're concerned about side characters and cameos then obviously it'll be awkward 😅

Abhira are leads and they'll always come back to each other

Honestly ITV has always had shows where heroine or hero gets married to someone else but still loves or crave for the other lead..

Like kartik loved naira even after marrying Vedika

Kumud loved Saras even after marrying someone else in saraswatichandra

Zoya married Ayaan but still loved his brother Asad and went back to him in Qubool hai..

And many more examples are there

Literally every show has it..its pretty normal in ITV..its just fiction 😊

On this Woman’s day, we have,

Manjari blaming Akshara for what Abhimanyu did (I agree, she would have done it whether Akshara answered the phone or not)

Akshara forgetting her current and running to her ex (I understand Abhira are the leads and the endgame. But still…)

Aarohi forgetting that she is a doctor (Actually even I had forgotten that until I read one of the posts here today 😆)

Swarna, completely blind to what’s happening with both Akshara and Aarohi, the girls she suposedly practically raised.

All of them unanimously making the concept of marriage and commitment a laughing stock (of course, it’s not the first time in this show or the ITV, all thanks to EK and her shows)

Makers!!!

Happy Women’s Day, Everyone!! 🤗

Thank God I haven’t watched any of the above shows.. I’m watching this only for HC, and I feel so bad thinking why he picked up this role.

One of the EK shows a long time back had this - either the guy (ML) was married to the woman at some point or the girl (FL) was married to the man at some point. Reasons - love or one-sided love or obssession or blackmail or all of the above. Go figure! 😆

What other show of HCs are you referring to? I have only watched Bepanah and Tere Liye, and in both, the male lead treated the female lead horribly at some point or the other.

I don’t think anyone has an issue with the leads coming back together because they will eventually get back together but the main problem is, the way they are. If they get back together yet not realize their mistakes, how will they live a successful happy marriage? Both Abhi and Akshara are/were wrong but the relationship ended due to Abhi and he doesn’t even realize that? I don’t think the audience is interested in lovey dovey scenes between two good looking actors, we want them to connect, to respect, and to stand for one another. Abhi knows how to stand for his mom and he should but doesn’t know how to treat his wife?
Now coming to Akshara, she’s leading another man on. Why is it so hard for her to tell Abhinav that she still loves Abhimanyu? Will he stop her? He himself wanted to tell him about his child but she stopped him. She’s using him one way or another and will forget about him and run back to Abhi where she will get respect from him and his family for a few days and then the cycle will repeat. Imagine her asking manjiri to forgive her for Neil’s death when the audience doesn’t even hold her responsible lol and then they both will become the best mother daughter due lol. Yeah I agree Abhinav is a cameo and his stay is short but people tend to connect with characters on tv regardless of how long they are here for.
