aw, thank you. you're right, it does come at a personal cost. it stays with you, affects your mental health on a regular basis, and feels very draining. bhar bhar k log apna trauma apun pe roz dump karte hain 😆 i try to volunteer at online crisis lines as well but taking a break these days. khair, it is what it is. helping people comes at a cost and it sure ain't easy 😆

Yesterday there was thos news that a 14-15 year old. Committed suicide cos she was stressed that ahe won't score 95% and found 10th std itself as tough!!

And makes me wonder on soo many things!!!

Haan. Ofc I have tons of family all over here also. But close friends both here and there and close family there also.
