My guess ( I am actually too scared to predict because of history) is he will feel suffocated at home with all the decorations happening and go to the hospital. The doctor who treated Abhir may come to him to discuss a concern about Abhir because he saw Abhi with Abhir. Abhi will figure out and send a message to Akshu wanting to speak to her urgently, looking at her expression.

Given that they gorillas were watching when Akshu took Abhi on her lap and was talking to him, I am going to take that as no more talk of Abrohi. We have seen the last rasam (I am deliberately not thinking about Abhi's promise to Ruhi and what Ar might do)
