Australia's changes have been on expected lines. Starc replaces Cummins and Green comes in for Warner, moving Travis Head to the opening spot. But India have made the big call of dropping KL Rahul. Shubman Gill is back in the team and straightaway into business. He's walking out with Rohit. Starc will take the new ball. We are ready to go..

Mitch Starc: Still a lot to achieve in this series. WTC is one part of it. There's personal adaptations in these conditions. Series isn't lost yet. Still an opportunity to draw the series. Have had a few days to reflect and rest after the second Test. It was a forced break I guess with no facilities and what not in the break period. A good chance to prepare here and get involved in this series. With no facilities for training it was a forced break for a lot of people that might've wanted to get out there. A good chance to get around one another.

What a first over! Rohit should have been out twice. Yes, twice because the ball-tracking for the LBW appeal is been shown (0.4). It shows three reds and that makes it two opportunities for Australia which they have missed. How costly are they going to be?

Starc to Rohit, FOUR, to deep extra cover

Ind -- 14/0 after 3 overs.
