Many shows had similar situation and plot. Here it very poorly executed and FL is also not practicing what she preaches. Feels like pot calling cattle black.
If you watch Kasam Se ( ekta kapoor) the track is exactly similar. Episodes 60 on wards.
There only difference was the alliance was not build up on a web of lies. ML had fallen in love with FL’s sister and had directly asked her if she loves him and would marry him. She said yes. she was doing all for money and lavish life even though he was elder to her. FL tries to make her understand not to do even to ML she says it is not right. The ML was short tempered, angry man but not indecent or unreasonable with FL. He had build up his empire. At the time of wedding sister runs away with some one else and ML’s sister forces FL to sit in a mandap. That point all had very favorable views for FL and no one had any doubt or questioned her about her interaction with ML.
that plot was done very logically and execution was way better.
I am not comparing but when I watched the confrontation today Kasam se episode started coming to my mind.
In Meet, ml falls in love with the sister marriage is set up (no lies like Tmd) , sis says yes because of money. Gets misled by lover who is also cousin or someone to the ml, last minute elopes with lover / cousin, fl is forced to take the place of sister to protect family izzat, ml hates her plans to take revenge and let go, fl who is all boyish and strong and has mind of her own gives in for the family and sacrifices, etc.
I don’t why there is not similarities

Here the case is different. Here the fl sister loves someone else and she was just using the ML. Here FL doesn't want to get married to ML at any cost, but she end up becoming the oldest Bahu and her Bhagodi sister become the devrani.
