That's why he is superior.

There is same plot for seperation in both ghum and yrkkh.

But look at the execution.

Less importance for parallel lead, not much scenes of pl and ml, ml genuine redemption, ml living as single for years, ml begging fl, fl having strong male friend support, fl saying hard hitting facts to ml.

In ghum

80% of post leap episodes r about ml pl married life progression. How they progressed from marriage for adoption stage to honeymoon stage. And how fate again intervened and changed ml feelings. While fl whitewashing ml and pl. In between fake fierce dialogues with no head and tail.

You know I had said this in that forum and this as well. Even though the plot is very similar, the treatment will be different. The treatment there is so much better. So so much better.

I agree thar no show makes FL situation as toxic as ghum.

But I disagree that Sai is WWing crimes or Sai is a doormat. Yes theres a lot that could be better but i think her dilemmas and her soft corner, her limitations have been to a large extent justified by her limited means - financial, psychosocial and emotional support is lacking and also because of her kids being in the picture. She has only shown regret at her decision to trust V and pain, anger.

She took a stand for herself when she walked away and when she didn't return. She took a stand when she filed a court case. She has not forgotten his deeds. She is just being careful with Vinus condition.

Yes it'd been logical and ideal if Sai had persisted on legal action against P and V. But sadly that didn't happen.

And it would be good if they didn't intersperse meaningless nok jhok scenes and Sai is shown cutting off Vs BS consistently instead of playful one moment and stern in the next.

But they have made her unable to do so because she does not want to hurt the sentiments of kids or involve them in anything.. Its really unfortunate but actually it's real. Many women do not report abuse just because of kids involved and they try to shield kids from everything unsavory. Many children grow up to have an amazing image of family members who are actually really cruel and pathetic. Thats what is happening to Savi Vinu.

But i can empathize with Sai as a viewer.

Yaar just writing few strong dialogues would not make a strong character. I have not watched other shows. But AFAIK, Yrkkh is just a franchise, there is no story or character to drive the plot. correct me if I am wrong. They pick up random conflicts to take the stroy forward. Thats what I read.

Whereas Sai is a character on whom story is developed. I feel that way. What makes Sai unique is not only her strong attributes, but also her vulnerabilities. For me, she is a girl who is believable and aspirational. She has strong moral compass, and a kind heart which are idealistic. And also her temperament issues are relatable. Her weakness towards Virat is also very understandable. She gets affected by him, making her very realistic. But she doesnt act upon them. She reigns her emotions, keeping her self respect intact. Moreover, Sai follows what she preaches.

I dont know about other FLs, but Sai is definitely not a doormat. IMO. She is a well written female character who is aspriational as well as relatable due to her flaws :)

I completely agree and both Akshara and Sai have very different character arc and circumstances, also as a watcher of both the shows I can rightfully say that Sai is definitely more stronger and well written character than Akshara and my observation is based upon the whole journey and arc and not just some random dialogues.......
