Haiiiii- sachi?!?. They can show a woman being slapped and tortured (I caught one episode of another Geo show where by god the girl was forced to have an abortion) but cannot show blood ?!?! I was chatting with my mom just now and she told me something - she watches this show yeh rishta kya Kehlata hai on ITV which I think has been going on since she was in diapers…😒…and I was complaining what she is watching that. So many new shows are going and sometimes I catch that show with her when I go home..she told me that in that show they have never shown a slap between the couple. The slap has always always come from a father or a mother but never between a couple. I must say mai thodi si shock ho gayi!! 😲 that show will be in its 15th year next year…

I am believer that if someone can do comedy then they are a fantastic actor. I am not even kidding. She was just too good.

PTV can be hypocritical in many context too . Both the industry have their own flaws and advantages .
As for the regressive content on tv , i solely blame Indian audience . They see these type of saas bahu and nagins . If trp doesn't come , will they show it ? No ....
but the sad part is people see nagins 🤷
We can also make finite and good tv shows , but but people won't accept it . So..... 🤷
