I remember watching jodha akbar TV serial and never ever I felt ki jodha was being so mahaan and Jalal is being unnecessarily dumb they perfectly balanced it out both had huge egos and pride but the makers never degraded one character for another

They faced similar situations where Jalal was attracted to jodha but hated her guts find her unnecessarily proud and ill mannered but slowly loved with her with each passing incident

Jalal really respected jodha with his whole heart even before knowing her thoroughly cause of her fiery tigress nature

while Jodha absolutely hated Jalal just like how meerab hates Murtasim but with each passing incident in their lives she started to respect him care about him understand him and then finally love him

There were some situations where jodha was being dumb and others where Jalal was on wrong track

Male lead wasn't glorified as such

Female lead wasn't bholi bichari either she had her princess pride throughout the show

I don’t think I can bear to see Murtsum being told all the rubbish by Haya in Next week’s episode so will wait and see [ from this forum reviews ] before i watch.
