But yeh bhi hai ki he cannot openly woo Sai. So he will be shown as thinking about Sai even while being married to patralekha. (This is common AF with many people irrespective of the gender).

Also, he will give heart eyes to Sai while being married to Patralekha.

Kaku advised him that day to choose his heart over his mind. He has accepted that his heart wants Sai but is unable to do what his heart wants him to do because his mind is stopping him. Unless Pakhi does some really major kaand in front of everyone that will create huge damage to Vinu he'll continue being a two timer. He wants Sai but can't leave Pakhi. Now that Holi is nearing I hope the makers show Pakhi committing a huge mistake that will at least destroy this so called marriage even if he cannot throw her out of his life completely.

Keeping aside Holi, Virat will “pacify” Patralekha being agreeing to whatever she says because he doesn’t want her to do anything crazy. See for now patralekha is “closest” to vinu and they have all realised that a mad patralekha poisons vinu ka mind.

Also, pyaar jo bhi ho, wife is Patralekha and ex wife is Sai. Yeh clarity toh hai if you go only by what is shown.
