@bold - This is his 3rd show with the PH and they are doing the same thing again with him and he us getting tricked every single time. If the writers locked the post-leap storyline and the tracks with SP much before, then why didn’t they kill some of the characters when the leap happened instead of treating them poorly now, not giving SS, dialogues to say. It is sad that few people behind the scenes decide the fate of these actors and don’t treat them or their profession with respect just to please other actors who have a bigger clout and have full control over who gets to do what.

3. Why give up after giving more than all others, lifting show to be in top bracket from first leap till recent.
4. Treat as bread n butter job- no giving yr full energy kind. Get whatever done & focus on getting another side gigs- those things don’t come out until after finalized.

5. Hostile ensemble will go around blaming , through sources if they make first move, that is certain. It feels these recent consistent targeted abuses for Alice are part of this data source gang. Why give these entitled morons that chance?

Signing up with a PR, spate of new articles for both Kanwar and Alice is a sign, external work is being sought.

I think in one of the interviews KD rightly said he never needed a PR to promote himself after this show started. But him signing up for the PR recently somewhere indicates his thought process to finally thinking beyond this show and Shiva Pandya.
The new posts on random media portals(though tagging wrong IDs) and the meet and greet initiative is his first step out of Shiva Pandya's world. I just hope he never looks back.

I am not sure whether Alice is being managed by some PR yet or not.

Still hanging in there but not being called for shoot for days, not being given scenes, even of they are part of the scene, camera doesn’t show them, both standing like extras without saying a single dialogue, Shiva is there only twice a week, Raavi shots are inserted without dialogues as opposed to Bhabima who is given plenty of lines to say even of her shots are inserted, not part of any major scene at all.
Is it still worth hanging in when they take you for granted and not giving any work at all?

Seeing the recent actions, it seems both are open to new opportunities. However, you have to know that this is entertainment industry where shows get shelved even after pilot is shot because the channel doesn't approve it.

Even in normal world, if we're unhappy at work, for most, it's not practical/financially possible to just put 2 weeks notice. KD's seen highs and lows with his career. He's talked about the times he sat home after his previous show. The order of events were that he quit show in hope of doing something better and it either got shelved or delayed cause of his fracture and then covid hit. Learning from that experience, he's probably not quitting like last time (even if he wants to) because nothing else has been materialized with certainty. If things don't work out, and he has to sit again home for 2 years, then it's a lot for one to take financially in these times. It can also impact one mentally. So it is practical and wise to cruise along with whatever you get, pocket the money and do your own thing. Based on his live, he seems to have accepted this reality and is on his way for a new career move.

His comment on "understanding" SS issue with multi story/character, were just words. He knows the reality too. If it hurts us, as fans, to see his talent being wasted, for someone who loved/breathed Shiva, who was agitated to come to work during death track, don't you think it would hurt him a lot more with how this is going? He worked hard for this and only he truly knows how he feels. His statement was simply a diplomatic answer to avoid drama. Cause some are just waiting to twist his words in all weird ways. He has a rep to uphold. You can't expect him to voice against his employer- the reason for his bread and butter. Heck even in our non celeb jobs, if we don't like the work /culture, we don't voice our concerns publically and openly. We may do it anonymously over the internet or to our closed ones, but never openly. All while applying to other jobs.

The same applies here. While he's an actor, this is his job and until he finds something solid, he will be here. For all we know he could have been looking for something for 6 months and things just didn't work out for whatever reason. But we will never know until he gets something or speaks about it after the show ends.

At the end of the day, he's a 30 yo man and probably cares the most about his career- more than any fan/well wisher ever could. Trust him to make the right decision for himself. In the meantime, we can manifest something positive for him. A good character with a crisp story and great cast. I'll put it into the universe that if we can't get KDice again, I'd love to see him with Jen Winget, Sanaya, Riddhi D. on an amazing project! They are professional actresses, successful, and don't seem to have ego issues even now. they are not only good actors but good human beings too. And can you even imagine the power house performance these guys would bring to our screens?

The show is ridiculous these days. I watch it in 30 seconds. No emotion is heart touching, no character is same and the story, well, the story is good example of a disaster.

I'm glad the creatives are slowly getting us detached from the show and ShiVi. That's it.

there is pretty much nil activity regards to show/ storyline/ focused actors on spontaneous social media.
show is simply getting whatever numbers because of its timeslot.

Initial freshness of child actors will not go on forever. it has its limit & they playout stories beyond context these days- with only clear focus on Bhabhi as best. kitna khinchega?

even this chhutki coming back scenes were Lackluster compared to first time they played it out when boys bring sister home!
repeat right within days= zero impact.

Same is going to happen w prerna.
Same is Shweta’s story: repeat w/o any consequences for criminal shweta or manipulative Bhabhi. Can’t go on and on.
