Katha doesn't want viaan's interference in her life but she thinks herself entitled to interfere in his personal life that too in the matter which is so close to his heart.

She is just an employee and she doesn't have that authority to change av as per her whims and fancy whenever it suits her. Weirdo mamaR's may be lunatic about her husband but she jad valid reason to shout at katha. How can she change av without asking her or even viaan? I think this squabble between katha and mamaR is just for the sake of future track when mamaR will not agree for kaviaan's marriage.

In og, mamaR accused Katha of being gold digger but it was little confusing as first mamaR was all impressed by katha. I was thinking here also, mamaR is always praising katha then it will look odd if she suddenly thinks her as gold digger. But they planted this fight to justify mamaR's disliking for katha.
