Only people who knew there hasn't been legal divorce is Sai & Chavhan's. Everyone knows VP have no relationship so far. BK believes in having things her way by force or bullying, twisting things. She knew if Sai wanted to she could have reclaimed her position but she accepted P as the wife. so when she asked for waris it was VP have registered their marriage & legality of that marriage is not challenged or going to be challenged. Once Vinu situation gets under control & Vinu accepts Sai as his aai, BK may put forth the fact that Sai is Virats legal wife.
