But the kind of dresses they were wearing, i thought holi sequence shoot kar rahe hei. All the ladies were wearing simple clothes. especially MamaG.😆

Aditi is looking very beautiful. Can't believe she is 39 yrs old. She and MamaR are almost same age group. No idea about MamaC though. Any idea how old is nightie mama?

#1 katha takes things at face value. so when papaG said no, she thought it was final and didn't even think about talking to mamaG. the old man caved in a day after mamaG got to work. perhaps in same way, katha thinks that because she had the chat with ehsaan, he knows she is not interested and therefore he is not a threat. she just assumes he is friendly

#2 katha is lonely and vulnerable. despite being still in love with adi, she is also a living human being who needs support and love. so she may be unconsciously happy to receive some attention from ehsaan. 🤷

#3 katha may actually like ehsaan and therefore happy to do harmless flirting that goes nowhere (in her mind). basically a timepass.

who knows if any or all of these ideas are right. but so far, her friendship with ehsaan seems a bit forced.

I'll go for #1. I feel like they have dumbed down Katha after Aarav has been cured. Is it deliberate to give more prominence to Viaan in his redemption track or do writers feel that Katha needs normal after her traumatic experiences? Should we cut Katha some slack as in a normal situation, the woman would probably require therapy after fighting her son's disease for so many years and after going through a ONS to fund the treatment?

I relate to Katha's behaviour towards PapaG, and find it normal based on our prior discussions. Coming to Ehsan, there's the possibility that she actually believed Ehsan and thinks that he can be another male presence in Aarav's life. Katha does try to compensate for Adi's absence in Aarav's life. I think that we need to see where this is headed.
