First of all Maaya is not a bad woman, infact I would never see her that way, being attracted is one thing acting on it is another thing. Maybe Maaya too wants to have a complete family like the one in the picture, she could have thar for real too but only if she is successful in taking CA with her and gets married once again. If she is forced to stay in that house just to be able to live with her own flesh and blood then what are people expecting? I simply don't understand how people are not appalled with the idea of separating a mother from her child which in my opinion is a sin of the highest kind, how come Rupali ganguli bhakts are not talking about this and are shamelessly defending or rooting for Anupamaa to win? If Maaya herself wanted to do a DNA test then don't you think she is indeed telling the truth? What do you mean how do we know? She has proof, evidence, witnesses. Forget Maaya even if someone else were to show up as CA's parent and they showed the DNA report your shameless MaAn will still try to keep CA with them and separate her from the mother. They are that shameless disgusting, low, cheap etc.

CA belongs with Maaya only, it is an undisputable fact. Only shameless people who don't deserve to be called humans with a sadistic streak will support MaAn as CA's parents over Maaya.

Now i come to kids of divorced hubby and wife - If there are children involved mostly i have seen most kids go with mother they visit father on weekend or holidays and do not stay with fathers second wife

90% of time kids go with mother only whether its india or USA. Whether in USA or india life is tough for divorced woman so kids will go with mom to support her in life. Even 6 year old kids knows mother is unsafe and alone and needs kids company to protect her, a ftaher is male they are not targeted by society after divorce a woman is. Hence majority kids accompany mother after divorce and support her in life.

Here all 3 kids are staying with father which is unique situation actually

I have not seen whether in india any kid staying with father permanently like Shah kids after mother left home. Usually if kid is 5 years or 15 years or 25 years old they go with mother more like 80% of time whether india or USA. They are more close to mother whether daughter or son after father divorces mother. When anupama divorced vanraj, ideally atleast samar should have left with anupam than leaving her alone Because Toshu and pakh love vanraj more. Yet i have sween kids more close to father also leaving with mother if father cheats their mom.Only in Shah case the kids are still with father which is unique situation.

What happens is husband second wife is usually insecure unlike kavya even in usa or UK and its rare a kid will get treated nicely at fathers home after he marries again. The second wife gets scared about her position and her future kids position and will not easily allow first wife kids to stay permanent with her husband unless the first wife may be dead. Even than kids go to mothers parents house and live there not with step mother. Shah kids are behaving uniquely than how usually kids all over the world when parent divorces. Especially when father cheated their mother

Every divorced mother have children and have responsibility but no one goes to ex hubby house even in USA every week or other day over silly issues. If kids had so much love they should have left with anupam afater divorce and not stayed with vanraj. Than its jjustified if anupama takes care of them. I have said this before my younger cousin and sister are divorced with one daughter each, going on ten-plus years. I have yet to see my ex-brother in law even step his sorry excuse into my parent's house since their divorce. The same goes for my cousin. My sister remained single but my cousin got remarried. I doubt my cousin’s now husband would put up with her ex-husband showing up every day all under the umbrella of our child.🤦🏻‍♀️

She has legal documents with her which she was ready to show your MaAn, your Anuj himself cross verified her story about leaving CA at the orphanage, then Maaya herself wanted to do the DNA test, all of this is more than enough to file a custody case and win it as well, i dont think rent pe liye gaye witnesses will work in thr court. Seriously those who shamelessly support MaAn over Maaya deserve shoes being thrown at their faces for supporting the disgusting thought of separating a mother from her child. Anuj himself admitted to acknowledging Maaya as CA's mother but even then he was hell bent on not letting her take CA away and was still treating Maaya like trash.
