Train takes about 1.5 day. There is an airport near shirdi. Spicjet and indigo fly from your place with layover in delhi (about 6 hours flight) or fly to mumbai and do train or rent car[6 hours drive] so about 12 hours. Not sure about pune airport connections. but drive is 4 hours and change.

It takes about 6.5 hours from surat if you take flight to surat.The roads from Surat to Shirdi are dangerous in some areas aroudn this time. The heavy rains washes away and they take ages to get them in shape by march/april.

very small airport near shirdi. I think it's only 19 km away. Bolly elites visit shirdi a lot so they gave them one. Remember shetty went with thepla last year to pray for hubby's case.
