The court could have then said .. the issue is complicated.. yes by right the child stays with biological mother but it’s is also true the child has stayed with his biological father as an adopted kid .. so it’s better he comes to know the truth abd we get to hear his view point

then virat will be magnanimous abd let vinu know something . He might side with patralekha.. hurting Sai but later on say he wants to live with both

They should show Vinu overhearing that Sai s his mother and Savi s his sister when BK and Sonali discuss.

Then it will be good if he takes decision based on that. Now Sai won't take him to court for sure. She had promised Virat and it's right also. Better not take a kid to court.

And VP won't want Sai to talk to Vinu.
