This is their pattern.

Give hope that something good will happen or make people applaud good Sai dialogues and next moment she will be insulted and hurt.

Pre leap P got like half an episode of blame and scorn. Next moment people were clamoring to bring her back and V was throwing Sai out of his life calling her bojh, samjhautaz orphan.

Today he will sing praises, tomorrow he will go give fake testimony about Ps mamtaa and rub salt on Sai's wounds saying P gives Vinu sagi maa seh zyaada pyaar or some rubbish.

And he cares 2 hoots about Savi. He was surprised that Savi showed up with Sai. He had not considered that he should be doing puja for his daughter also on an auspicious occasion. He doesn't care that Bk only loves Vinu now that hes "apna khoon" and even that logic isn't applied to Savi. Nobody in CN cares to support Savi as much as Vinu. Even in school competition they didn't cheer for Savi.

V didn't flinch when people were embarrassing him and P, Sai in school activities speaking about his 2 wives and 2 kids but he is too scared to take a stand for his daughter in front of his own family.

One time he threw a fuss but ultimately nothing came of it.. it was just nautanki.

If he really cared, no one would be calling his daughter a chuhiya or an aafat.

Tbh its good that Savi is cut off from them. Savi is best kept away from that hellhole and from his fake baapta. At least one child is getting safe upbringing and genuine parental affection.
