Well it seems Arohi jaap is back 🤣

But on a serious note Akshu always had a soft spot for Arohi despite the horrible way she treated her. Also there could be some guilt there because of Neil and also because of Roohi. If Arohi is sick then Roohi is affected. I actually don't mind this being a reason.

Akshu may get stirred a little by Abhi taking care of Arohi because she is in a coma and seeing the bond Abhi has with Roohi. I honestly think if they can keep Arohi in a coma and have Akshu come to Udaipur it would be prefect. No unnecessary mean remarks from Arohi. Manjari and Mahima can deliver that.

And then we can have Rohan let slip to Akshu what has been happening in Abhi's life.

but can she close her eyes and go to coma, they are looking scary. Of course it is Ak's fault. She better not be that stupid to even consider coming to Udaipur.

On second thoughts if she does come, there is hope of MM going into coma and Ar remaining in Coma. May not be that bad after all
