this line is wrong. She is the surrogate mom IS WRONG.

you cannot claim that he is the biological father and surrogate mom no you cannot call her the mother. It’s just a surrogate, just like an incubator or test tube for the child to grow till it’s viable for birth Simple

In episode 747 DCP broke a lot of laws. He clearly stated to Patralekha that there is a kidnapping case on her so the way she is acting is going to get her jailed. He is trying to save her from those charges. DCP interfering when a complaint was officially lodged and helping a suicidal woman in kidnapping case.
DCP stated that there were too many misinformation in the case but he didn’t allow the police to do proper investigation on Patralekha. Patralekha has booked two rooms with illegal ID and bribing hence proving she was not there for celebration, she did kidnap Vinu, son of Sai who filed the kidnapping complaint.

DCP didn’t report his service gun was stolen by Patralekha and she was with a kid, hence endangering the kids life.

1) Patralekha already had criminal charges for illegally inseminating an embryo and being a illegal surrogate. A

Virat Chavan as a male can legally adopt a male child without marrying as a single father. However, it was shown that Virat had to mandatorily marry to adopt a male child. That is illegal misinformation being spread by the show. This is misleading any single male who wants to adopt a male child.

Basis of adoption is illegal as Virat the IPS officer breaking the law by allowing a criminal to adopt a child.

The female protagonist had been seperated from her biological child conceived through surrogacy in an accident earlier and he is later adopted by male protagonist. The male protagonist asks the mother to let go of her parental rights quoting suicidal tendencies of the boys adoptive mother/female antagonist. Also the same adoptive mother was the surrogate and has previously been criminally accused. Both these aspects are illegal as per adoption laws in India/CARA and an IPS officer supporting such behaviour is entirely wrong. Also the child was previously shown to be anxious to find his real parents to the point of running away in their search. To keep him in dark about his parentage by his own father is a cause for mental harassment and trauma and should be condemned. The male protagonist is breaking laws repeatedly inspite of being an IPS officer. Issues such as Adoption and Surrogacy are sensitive and if shown in bad light they tend to create wrong impressions among the viewers.
