when he proposes her that time he will reveal about his dead wife .but after the marriage track slowly they will show she is murdered and FL is incarnation of his first wife who came to ask him why he betrayed her. Finally they will show him as his own wife and her fathers killer. This new girl exposes him and due to guilt he will commit suicide cause he loves this new girl very much so he can’t give her pain.there they show when his first wife died that day FL was born.she loved him despite age gap .so they connected incarnation like that.

but in Hindi entire narrative is different. They just took age gap from that. So here it’s totally different.
