Virat Pakhi marriage is illegal and they have fooled the adoption agency, the very fact that their marriage is illegal and yet they adopted Vinu as a married couple makes adoption illegal as well. Very simple logic this: someone has to argue this in court.

Pakhi is and was a criminal and she didn't do her time, so technically she's not even a ex-convict or anything, so obviously she can't adopt a child: again adoption is not valid.
