I think his brain gets activated when he talks to Ruhi about the incident happened and ruhi says iam 5 yrs old and Iam brave. Because ruhi also always mentions him she is 5 yrs old.

dont worry, manic Manju is getting ready for a long stay at the hospital not because of Ak , but because Abhir will play piya tose and her love for her Harshi will come flooding back. What better way to get Harshji back than going to birla hospital. Grandkids can then plan her wedding.
