Katha's anger or nafrat is stemming MORE from Viaan faking client meeting requirement, taking her alone to Dubai in short notice, then showing desperation to talk to her on matters she doesn't want to be reminded of & repeatedly probing what she did with that 1 cr+ money she got from him on dark night, then again making another 2 cr proposal in hotel lift for her time, was nail on coffin. 😲

Viaan stalking her, reaching upto her house address to creep her out was another bolt. Katha's problem is not Earthcon or project or colleagues its solely Viaan, for which she resigned. 😔 But felt she could have been more professional in handling resignation & transitions as per notice period till project finds another replacement by offering WFH, rather than just refusing to visit or take calls from office.

Katha coming back to company with proper conditions makes sense after Viaan's paanch panna bhashan & his readiness to face harassment charges, if she wants to formally complain against him. Regarding why will some people lose jobs if just one Dubai heritage project tanks, not necessary but also not guaranteed. If Earthcon doesn't have many new pipeline projects to shift Dubai heritage project skills team & re-engage them in other projects soon, yes layoffs are possible for this particular team who may be sitting idle, but expensive resources. Also if Dubai project tanks midway, Earthcon may have to pay huge compensation to client as per contract for causing them damages, rather than making revenues from the project.
