Kishan tapped the ball from middle to cover, both ran out of the crease and then Kishan changed his mind when Kohli was nearly halfway through. Too late for Kohli to turn around. Kishan drags his bat in at his end but after Kohli reaches, and Kishan walks back after a short chat with Kohli possibly about the mix-up
