I also don't understand this part. When some people say Akshu ran away, she's responsiblefor it and all..., she was constantly giving her whereabouts....wouldn't any normal family be paranoid about a daughter who's distanced herself after so much trauma. Shouldn't they have atleast taken her to a doctor after the miscarriage? Shouldn't they have moved heaven and earth to ensure her normalcy? She told them she got married and they let everything off as is?

That's what I don't even understand! Miscarriage isn't a small thing! So why didn't her own family not think to stay behind or even go visit her once!
