I think he meant she didn't accept that Neil died because of her decision making.

None of them feel Neil made any choices of his own.

I find this whole logic a bit hypocritical TBH

It's like Neil was put on a gunpoint to do the help he did.

I assumed it was a note to herself to not forget what happened to her six years ago. I dunno.

It’s a hopeless situation.

If he is blaming her for Neels death even after 6 years, there is no future for them. Even if they reunite, a small problem and he will rage that she killed Seerut, Neel. She lived with another man, she hid his son and this time he will keep the kids and throw her out.
We should wait for today’s episode to understand the context.

And yet she talks to manish nicely! That's akshu for you, she could've easily just walked out all of their lives and totally blanked them, but she keeps in touch with them so they don't worry about her!
