I also assumed it was so she could argue her own case. Also she’s been preparing her son for battle too.
However Akshara has never been shown having strong verbal communication skills and putting her point, her side of the story convincingly across.
At the same time, she probably expected a custody battle eventually and perhaps she’s been preparing for it for 6 years and has been quietly and meticulously collecting evidence to support her side. I hope she has been collecting legal points in her favor to present at court.

I would love to see her ferociously fight for her son. Her live in relationship with AbhiNav is going to be questioned and berated.

There are some rumblings going around about some book, some journal. Maybe Akshara wrote a daily diary?

There would be no reason why they suddenly showed akshu studying law if they weren't planning a custody case in court. It will happen and akshara will be shown not being able to afford her own lawyer so will fight her own case.

Makers should write a proper track for Manju , they simply cannot push it under carpet saying ek maa ka dard hai..dukh hai bla bla bla...she should realise her mistakes. Now she is like happy go lucky..kite flying n doing matchmaking..god knows akshara naam sunte usko palpitations hojate hain...deep down she is very insecure about her position in abhi's life I believe. She got neglected by her husband n sis. But abhi always kept her on a pedestal. She is scared that beta will completely ignore her. Har choti badi baat pe she starts judging akshara.

Kairav appears to be more vocal in support of Aarohi.

They have written Akshara off, after all, she was the reason Neel died, Ar widowed and Ro fatherless - she killed her twins, got divorced. Then she ran- situation create kiya and when it got overwhelming she ran.

…And found another man, married him and has a child and has been living a modest but happy life.

The only regret is that she never came back to Udhaipur to meet family.

I have skipped all Gorilla scenes this week, what is Kairav's take on Akshu? Is he in contact with his sister? She saved him from an attempt to murder accusation, very disappointing if he can't fight tooth and nail for his sister as her sibling! I guess Akshu will do her own thing and come out all guns blazing this time around and fight her own case, how pissed does she have to be to create a very visible divide between herself and her family! I don't have any expectations from the Goenkas, first they made Akshu do Aru Jaap and now that she's far out they do it instead. Real Families don't give conditional love.

How sad is it that both Goenkas and Birlas always made her feel inadequate while she seems so much more confident now with a jugaadu family!

Yes ..it would be nice to see abhi realizing his mistakes n akshara acknowledging her mistakes n learning from them. Some times she goes overboard with her family jaap.Pointers for her should be -

1.Take care of yourselves, ur child n husband.

2.If someone asks for advice give it or else mind ur own business.

3. Don't involve yourself in husband's siblings n fam issues , when he himself is asking not to meddle.

4.Fill ur cup first. You can't pour from an empty cup.

Writers pls show FL, who will learn n doesn't meddle with others unless asked.

Now akshu is in nuclear fam setup..she should continue same whenever she moves to bhouse

Didn't she accept second chance after saying sorry so many times? She said sorry for past mistakes as well and he say let's delete delete delete past mistakes!

Manjari being called out will be a dream coming out for us but I don't trust the makers.

Why didn't she get an attack when she herself take akshus name during kite festival but only got it when Abhi's presence. So it is the makers way of dusting under the rug

Custody case may be due to khand mata in hospital but I don't think akshara roasting her on court will occur.

Abhi never gave her a chance to say sorry, the D papers did all the talking.

But it depends who the person is that excepts the Sorry and moves on . In this case its some of his family members who can't especially his mum.

She only says sorry and flips when it suits her agenda.
