I found that dialogue "usne ek aise aadmi se shaadi ki jo uska pati nahi ban saka" super cringey. According to these Chavans marriage means sex. Indirectly Virat told her that I couldn't fulfill Pakhi's sexual needs hence you need to sacrifice your motherhood for her. 🤢Why should she pay the price for something she's no way responsible? Also that uterus removal thingy happened only after Virat gave the permission to them so he should blame himself more in that case.

Instead of this dialogue the writers would have wrote something like, "Sai you anyway have Savi with you. Let me keep Vinu with me." That would have still made more sense than this pati wala dialogue and making everything Pakhi related.
