This shows the PH and the channel are such cowards.. this should have ideally been done last year, during the height of their ‘much non-publicised exit’, but no… everybody was left hanging.. will they, won’t they.. Everybody then cursed the channel for its utter incompetence in not giving Abhigya their proper exit, and now after a full year, the shameless channel has given a quick back door exit, even your second class (chapri) villain would have got a better exit than a much loved couple who carried the flagship show for 8 years. 👎🏼

But then again, it’s a matter of her employment, so it’s not like I have a say in the matter. But I can make a choice to not watch her show.. if it’s on this channel and this PH. 😳

Lets be practical. If one wants good work as a lead in new TV serials on hindi GECs that have some outreach & paid viewer base, then options are limited, bridges have to be burnt both sides.

Recent years Z isn't performing well, for long time be it in viewership gains or sustainance or in getting deep emotional connect to its fiction characters/concept, unlike earlier years. 😔 Only RM serial launched last year somehow as supported by channel enabled to cross 8 mths airtime, all others serials wrapped or under scanner about to be pulled down early 2023. Interesting all Z new serials are remakes from another language hit serials, but here in hindi average or below average performance.

Colors is in rut with terrible planning, we don't even know when a new fiction daily soap starts on this channel, changes time slots, airs/doesn't air episode on a given week day, when its core plot takes 360 uturns & when it wraps up.

Out of three bhagyas currently on air on Z, in 2023 one is taking time leap, another slot change, other one slowly wrapping up. BT new fiction soaps on other channels aren't running great as well, going thru gen leaps. 😛

Sony is more urbane, it allows PH to spend budgets on quality, concepts & casting but currently only two daily soaps BALH2 & new one Katha Ankahee are on air. All others are non-fiction or devotional shows.

That's The Worse Way For Abhi And Pragya To Go Could Have Just Ended The Show With Abhi Pragya And Their Daughters Happy Instead For Continuing Kumkum Bhagya For 8 Years

SB has no proper outreach nor paid subscriber base, despite being part of Star network. Last year CEO said they'll focus more on different concepts & content, launched serials with popular actors/stars but wrapped them up in 4-5 months. Channel is in doldrums.

Sab mainly gets viewers from its long running Tarak series. It has light hearted shows or fantasy/periodical ones.

Interesting... given that the character had zero ss in the year.

From ormax list both 7 & 10 characters were not visible on their respective serials in 2022, rest all are part of serials still on air. 😛
