for alpha do silva method. For yoga nidra also there’re many books
PS: When you lose consciousness you also lose control so you’re not in charge. I don’t drink or do drugs. I use psychedelics for healing. You can have realizations aha moments, lot of clarity or to deepen your meditation but not for manifestation but the clarity helps in manifestation as the mind gets clear it stops fighting with itself.
mostly mind wants different things and whichever is dominant that’ll manifest so I want to be in a relationship but also fear it so one part will pull me towards it while the other away so if the fear is stronger then the relationship won’t manifest.
now if i go deep into it with psychedelics and heal that part of me which fears relationships then manifesting it is a piece of cake as there’s no resistance. Mind will move in one direction. It’s like I’m hungry and I want to eat so I order it or cook it that might not look like manifestation as we’ve been told what it means like it’s supposed to be some magic but that’s manifestation now imagine one part of me wants to eat but the other part is resisting, I’ll be in turmoil. Nothing will happen even if food is presented in front of me still i might not eat
same way we’re presented with opportunities but we don’t act on it or dismiss it.
That’s an interesting take. I always assumed loss of consciousness/inhibitions allowed us to get into flow state easily. Thank you for your insight! I was waiting for your post. I will look into nidra yoga. I only have rudimentary knowledge of it. That sounds fascinating. Thank you 🙏

Probably the only thing I have in common with him. I don’t blame the guy. I love their iced matcha latte.

Girl, so you lost your sleep as I can see from the notifications . Lol, guess I don’t need to answer that now. But I am so pleased to have someone to obsess over LMH and his shows. I literally begged and cried to all my girlfriends to watch TKEM so that I could openly fangirl with them but they all ignored me. Poor things don’t understand what they are missing out on 😛
I need to ask you, how is CLOY? Is it worth the hype? I somehow never got the urge to watch it.
I did sleep. Surprisingly enough. I’m on episode three now. Just got back from work. Will binge watch again. Please talk LMH to me! I am all ears! The way he hugged the cop when he gets to her world was hilariously cute 🥰
CLOY was the first Kdrama I watched. It legit saved me from early days of pandemic madness and depression. I also loved it because I love stories about star crossed love. I loved it so much I made everyone I know watch it including my parents. Now my mom who hates reading subtitles watches Korean dramas and has been pestering me to watch Extraordinary Attorney Woo. 😆
Audiences say they want sincerity. They say they want stories with soul, with texture, with something resembling real life. And yet, when such...
