The article states it's a 5 year leap but that would make the eldest child still less than 6 and the other two boys no older than 4.

this is just a leap man lol ekta shows they show a fl pregnant for an entire year and she still isnt showing much and they went through same festivals twice lol also itv loves to cast women in mother roles who might be younger than the guy playing their sons lol hint hint many ekta shows and im sure HC has played son of actresses who are younger than him lol

Honestly, mostly out of boredom. Nothing else to discuss.

Shows often mess up ages after some time but it takes special talent to do so from the get go.
