I won't be shocked or disappointed if she backs out😆 Practically there is no future in the relationship if Vidhi actually had the disease. But I think Satya won't back out. She is always about pyar, sath, blah blah. She herself seems to have no regrets for being with Dev's dad even though they had a very short time together. She has always said life should be big not long. It will be mostly Vidhi who would want to back out. And at this point even if Satya backs out Dev won't listen to her. He just won't be able to leave Vidhi in such a condition.
