Even if he is concerned about P's health... he should logically share this with someone... at least Ash... this cannot go on and on...

He is not just keeping Vinu adopted. He is keeping him away from Sai and all of his family.

Even though BK wants an heir ... so far all of them showed enough sensitivity to hide the adoption secret. So its not like they hate Vinu... for that matter BK does... others don't... this secret should anger them too 😡
