We cannot! It's IMPOSSIBLE to access the actual voting trends, as only the creatives & auditors know that.

We can only gauge based on social media, but it may or may not be accurate.

Social media popularity is visible, when you click on a poll to vote, you can see the results who's leading. Or you can see who's posts are getting how many likes/RTs, etc. For example, Priyanka, Shiv & MC are the most popular on social media, but that doesn't necessarily means they'll get the highest votes on VOOT. Whoever gets the lowest viewer votes will be evicted.
