if they break up some days back... y was she having lunch with him...
normally.... we used to keep distance as possible... for nt getting hurted again....
anthr... as said... if this was break up depression... then argument.... lead her to take this result.... these all wont make him criminal... everyone have disagreements fights with friends collegues.. families.... suicide is not a solution for that....
by suiciding that opponent who argued wont b criminal...
if she was badly tortured... abused..... etc is criminal offense.....
I honestly feel bad for her and her mother's loss but it seems like her mother is hellbent on getting him punished for her daughter's suicide.
She may have committed suicide because of him but ultimately it was her own decision, nobody forced her to do it on gunpoint. They shouldn't keep him imprisoned like this unless they have solid proof that he was threatening her or did something to kill her.
Even if he was abusive as her mother says, and she was depressed, suicide is a sign of weakness. He may be a criminal in regard of domestic violence but he is not a murderer. Whether you give up or fight back is your own choice.
Jo bhi hai, her mother is interfering too much and her statements should not be taken seriously at this point because ofcourse her statements will be biased in the favour of her daughter. Plus she is not mentally in the right state right now to comment logically regarding this situation. She just lost her only child!
