Episode opened with Katha giving a pep talk to Aarav about the chemotherapy and BMT. Nicely done writers, in simplistic language for a child. Katha ( Aditi ) with her million watt smile paints a positive and hopeful picture for a child who is scared about a difficult procedure. Just look at the hope and courage she infused within that kid, to the point that he started to socialize with other patients and trying to allay their fears. He is confident that his mamma knows it all and now he does too👍🏼 The child actor is fantastic in not overdoing things. Kudos to the actor and the director too👍🏼Katha has precious Aarav she needs to haul out of a real life catastrophe not grown up, grumpy, salty men with cooked up problems and expectations🤢
Contrast this to the tantrums thrown by Viaan. He is like a cranky monkey, itching to pick a fight with Katha👎🏼 I still don't understand why he is salty with Katha🤢. Why does he think of himself as a victim? He wanted emotional attachment and there was none? That she is not affected by his cranky charm? That she is not walking devastated as a ticking time bomb or crying buckets? What is it?💔😡 I still don't understand why he expects/expected Katha to pull a grown, sulking, entitled man hanging off the bridge or whatever It is not like they were ever friends. They are barely acquaintances.
Sorry to ask, but if she took time off, isn't she off? I guess it depends on policies of companies. Is she supposed to be on call 24 X 7? I am not in business but very much used to being on call in mine. Even in mine, when I am off, I am off, unless it is for exceptional cases. What is this expectation from him that a project lead should be available all the time? If that is the case, then why did she even get time off? Why should she tell everyone why she is off and where she is at? The employees or project leads shouldn't have a personal life? I understand time constraints on time off. If this is an exceptional circumstance and she needed time off and if the policy is that he needs to sign off on it, it makes sense. If this is the case, then why did the office manager confidently give her time off?
I don't agree for one moment that it is Katha who put all these people's work out to pasture, but it is Viaan and his pig headedness, being irritated that Katha is not affected. Mixing profession and personal feelings of annoyance👍🏼 But, of course, it is easy for others ( that lady at the table ) to blame a new hire, who is now also the project lead. Envy toh banta hain😲
I hit the roof with his taunts to Katha. Why and what gives him the right to comment about Katha's earnings? Nasty kahinka👎🏼 Loved Katha's Godfather-esqe attitude " it is not personal, it is all business" aur resignation muh pe maar if you don't behave👍🏼 But what about the savings? 😒 Still, it is not worth it, if he keeps on talking nonsense and judging " only her" about a deal which both of them have partnered in🤬
OK episode, but Viaan is just being a bully now intent on making Katha's life difficult🤢
