I'll tell u my personal experience.

Chia seeds have a bland taste and take on the flavor of whatever food or beverage they are added to. Apna khud ka koi taste nahi hai iska.

Ppl add them to smoothies & oats ,but it's upto u how u wanna have it.

Just try not to take it dry, it can cause u bloating. ( I faced it) .

I mix one tbsp of it with fresh juice or coconut water & carry it in bottle with me to College. When added to any liquid, they plump up and form a gelatinous coating which is easy to swallow and digest. It's a bit slimy.

M taking it for past 7/8 months. It has helped me in the long run.
