IPL Auction 2023: Mayank Markande goes to SRH!

Mayank Markande has been sold to Sunrisers Hyderabad for an amount of 50 lakh and with it, the spinners' set ends here, but highlight of the phase was wicketkeeper batter Nicholas Pooran going to Lucknow Super Giants for 16 crore. The side already has KL Rahul and yet they paid such a big amount for Pooran. These biddings are hard to predict and decipher at times.

from what i read in the updates

not really happy with the auction so far

what i didnt like:

as usual some really overpriced players especially pooran

some deserving players like rilee or mujeeb should have gotten a team

what i like:

world t20’s player of tournament is the most priced player in ipl auction history, sam curran deserved it

and glad to see sikandar raza getting a team, he deserved it (honestly deserved to be brought at a higher price)
