Mr Sardesai ,I’m sure Indians are happy that she was present at the venue but she wasn’t representing India she was there as an ambassador for Louis Vuitton ! It’s similar to being happy that Rishi Sunak is Britain PM coz he has Indian roots !

Majority of people are appalled at her awful dress that DP had on for the trophy unveiling. End of story .

If she is “making India proud” then do it wearing better clothes at least! 😬

LOL tell that to LV who chose her as Global ambassador and also saw a rise in their sales after that. I dont think it matters what you or others think about DP or how famous she is outside India. She has been signed on as ambassador for some big global brands like LV and Cartier. I am sure these brands do their research before signing someone.

Deepika was not representing India. She was representing LV hence had to wear that hideous outfit which was also chosen by LV. Trust Indians to get wet dreams at the mention of someone getting on an international stage, we'd run to claim it as our own. Most people would have thought of her as a model) actor signed by LV, nothing less nothing more. 😆
