Agar mein Vidhi hoti toh... I would write him a letter. Not email. This guy is a kagaz kalam guy. So I would write to him and put everything that's there in my heart, all the love, all the hopes I'd had for us, all the things I love about him, things I want to know about him... the dreams I'd dreamt of our life together... I'd tell him that for me, it's either him or no one.
I'd tell him that I'm not good at fighting and standing up for myself but whatever confidence I have developed, he is the one who helped me gain it. So I would never let him down. I'd tell him that circumstances are forcing me to bend at the moment but I'd promise him that I'd never break. That my love for him would never break. And that his strength is what gives me strength. I'd tell him to take care of himself.
I'd pin this letter along with the resignation letter and hand it over to him saying - I know that you're probably so angry and upset that you'd tear this to pieces as soon as I leave. But please be sure to read it, sir. Don't tear it off without reading. It's important to me.
