I was breaking my head from past 2 days thinking that the music piece that comes between 1:49 to 1:55 mins sounds similar to that of some old song which I couldn't pin point exactly which song it is. After lot of brain storming session my bulb suddenly lighted up just now. It's similar to the music piece of this Telugu song which comes at 2:03 mins which also repeats at many other points through out this song:

To put it in short: 1:49 to 1:55 mins of music piece of Besharam song is similar to that of 2:03 to 2:07 mins of this Telugu song (and it repeats at many points in Telugu song.)
