Exactly ...the basic concept is finding love that goes beyond limitations of age ... i.e. why it's "na umr ki seema ho" ...it has to be how Dev-Vidhi find compatability among themselves, how they have a love story of their own inspite of age difference, how they cope up with issues that will pop up in their relationship...

Story's main focus is not seeking societal validation...we all know Society has its own view points on such relations and they are not very welcoming abt it.

Agreed a little opposition from parents side is expected... like tomorrow I say I want to marry a 40+ guy...my parents will think twice before saying Yes...but if other factors work in relationship, two ppl involved are sure enough that they can work it out...it's for them to decide. There is no need to insult the couple involved.

Showing age-gap love story is not new or unheard concept we had seen shows & films on concept...I think years back there was Kasam Se and even the medical drama Kuch toh log kahenge...I didn't followed them till end, but I don't think they ever went on beti-angle...atleast till the point I watched them.

Vidhi calling Uncleji, in first epi was forgivable it was a one time innocent thing ... even in real, we do end up mistakenly calling someone Aunty or Uncle...but now consistently referring Dev as Budhha sounds bitter 🥺and somewhere it effects the connection we have with Dev-Vidhi as couple.

You are talking about a logical approach to the story, Purnima. ITV mein woh kahaa milta hain? After the first 100 episodes everything is in the hands of TRP (Although I feel that system itself is flawed especially now with the OTT channels in the play). TRP apparently loves watching the FL get insulted, demeaned, crying buckets as the whole world including the ML look on helplessly.

Humaari badkismati yeh hain ki by the time 100th episode rolled in, ViDev ka confession bhi nahi hua tha. So not much of bonding or relationship building or ViDev moments for us to watch. And now THIS!!

ab bas bari hai in sabki... Dev ne bolna chalu kiya na satak jayegi sabki ke abhi Dev is in
