From what I'm understanding is V will Save Sai and P will get hurt /fall whatever ...or she'll fake being hurt ?

This could be the thing that pushed her over the edge seeing v save Sai not her? Then she'll go full negative but V will be in guilt mode that he didn't save her so he'll stick to her out of guilt ....and she'll use this to her advantage to create a separation between Sai Savi and V

Nahi yaar itni jaldi yeh khush khabri nahi milegi. Virat will save Sai first as a reflex and Patralekha will be stuck in the bus that falls into the khai and hence Virat will feel guilty. That's it.
