Can someone please explain how does Vidhi know that Satyavati knows about their Love? Through that letter dev mentioned in confession?

Also does Satya knows that dev went and has confessed his love to Vidhi already?

When dev returned home on engagement/confession night and abhimanyu priya questioned him. Satya grabbed dev’s hand and they walked away, What mother-son must hv talk about?
