Sai is wearing the same dress in DIG BTS in Sai's house and the promo. But they may not have connection since promos are shot with the dress actors are wearing for episode that day.

This will be either Pakhi's dream/hallucination or a chance that Virat & Sai while sitting on the sofa, accidentally fell asleep in that position.

I think this promo will play out after 1 week, I don't think they have yet shoot for this episode, it's just the promo, the episode will play out differently just like the Admission promo, it play out after 1 week and in different clothes, DIG meet will happen before and after that this promo might play out......

Coz as per the chronology, First Patralekha will meet Sai in cafe, Sai Virat will have major fight there, next day Savi Vinu will go to school, then their tiff in school has to happen, then Vinu will get into accident as per IF spoiler, CN drama where they will blame Savi, in between DIG will visit CN and Sai's house, then next day Sairat will visit DIG and then by seeing Savi Vinu's bond going for a toss, Virat will take him to Sai's house without informing anyone, CN and Papi will panick and then this promo will play out where Patralekha will reach Sai's house next morning to search Virat Vinu, she will see them accidently sleeping togather......

For all this to play out it will minimum happen 8-9 days.....
