Step sisters..married to step brothers in a dysfunctional family ..the hero getting butchered by supporting the step sister and his mom always ..the heroine gets her brains bk but not able to do anything with it. Kaand pe kaand pe kaand. But I don't thi k they will take surrogacy route here ...if naira can produce 2 babies with 2 failed kidneys , brain tumor and 5% chance of conceiving , akshara may still have a foot ball team

Dude Rs Has no plans for shutting the show, also surrogacy in yrphk was the reason show went off air. Although kuhu wss nicer than jharu. Morover audience won't accept the legacy to be continued through broom's womb.. so it wont be surrogacy i hope. If makers wanna invite their doom they can go the surrogacy track
