What else could Virat ask Savi to call Pakhi? He can't say call her kaku. She is actually Savi's step mom. So he wanted his child to call his wife respectfully as badi mom and was disappointed when she rejected. Unfortunately he can't show his disappointed or scold her yet coz child is yet to enter his house. All in good time, for now Aunty is fine.
