We are in serious need of a judicial review for our system of punishments given to rarest of rare crimes ...

Capital punishment is not enough . We have seen over the ages it does not act as a deterrent....Such crimes are encouraged by our slow system . First an investigation then court proceedings followed by sentencing the individual to jail . After 10 years a mercy petition will follow ....

We have to ask ourselves do rarest of the rare beasts deserve to be pampered by such legal proceedings....

Such crimes should merit the severest possible punishment .... Chop their limbs , amputate their legs , dismember them and then leave them to rot ...

They will neither be able to live nor die .....

Atleast generations to follow will fear the law of the land 🙏

Just few months back our SC had commuted the death sentence of the rapist of a 4 yr old girl saying "Every sinner has a future". Indeed in our country only sinners seem to have a future. The 4 year old is dead, and her parents must have been killed by this judgement.

Severe punishment like chopping the limbs won't help because when will it be done? And will it really be a deterrent, others won't do it? Well, next time those body parts won't be found, that's all.
